I’ve had plants from Hayloft that didn’t flower until their second year ... when I spoke to them they said that was what was expected. I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong.

were they particularly small tubers? when I have grown them from seed they have flowered in their first year. I wonder if they are treated for storage.

are they in pots? if so perhaps they need more feeding. let them die back naturally and keep frost free.

as Sheila says nothing you have done wrong as you have very healthy plants there. Just disappointing for you.
