Clematis freckles. I transplanted my clematis freckles in October to a sunnier spot as I had mistakenly planted in a very shady spot. My question is should I just leave it or cut down to allow it to regenerate? It looks rather sad & limp, I was hoping it would have perked up by now. Will add picture tomorrow.

if you prune it now you will lose any flowers it may decide to give you. but pruning it would reduce the 'pressure ' on the roots and help it establish better. if it were me I'd prune it down to about 2-3ft tall.
are you watering it?
