Hello again everyone, I just found in my shed, a bag of potatoes that I dug up last spring. All quite tiny, and a few with tiny sprouting shoots. Although the hemp bag they were in, has become moldy the potatoes appear good. My question is , are they still ok to use and can I freeze them whole "uncooked" Thankyou. Sophie.

I would use them for seed potatoes in the Spring. That's most likely what they were intended for, but were forgotten.

if the spuds are firm then yes you can eat them or use them as seed potatoes.
I don't think raw potato freezes well. cooked as mash does apparently.
