I have a glut of yellow tomatoes. They have not been that good in taste and will not grow them again. It pains me to throw them away and no one in the family likes chutney. Has anyone used yellow toms for making bolog sauce etc. What else could I use them for?

I've made soup with them, I cut them in half roast them with a little oil, remove skins, whizz them with some soft fried onions a little garlic, and really whatever else takes your fancy, a really tasty lunch option!

My neighbour has also had loads, and when I caretake her greenhouse we end up with quite a few. I agree their flavour when raw is disappointing. However I really like them fried with a bit of herb or celery salt.
