Hi everybody, I have a white hydranger which has out grown its container, when is the best time to transplant and should I prune it back at the time. Thanks for your answers.

You can plant it out from now, remembering to tease the roots out if it's pot-bound. Don't prune it - the flowers need to stay on until spring, to protect the new shoots and buds. Cut them off then.
