Hello all hope all is well. I have a Fatsia in my garden and you can see by the photo's it is quite large. Note the new growth at the bottom that is coming thru. Is it safe to cut back some of the larger stems...and let the new plant take over. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the interest....Yes it is getting a bit out of hand so OK will cut right back when the time is right.

when you think there is less chance of a hard frost cut the old leaves off down to the ground so the new leaves are able to grow away.
