Can I use cut turf to fill a slope in, bury with soil then re turf? I am reading different things and do not know what to do for the best! I obviously do not want the new lawn that I need to level to sink after. I have a 16m square area that is currently sloped that I will be needing in some areas to raise 1m high to level off.
Just trying to save on some costs..

What you need to do is to avoid leaving any gaps between the turfs as you lay them down.

Don't see why not. As long as you compact the upside down turfs so that the area is stable.
