Does anyone know the name of the flower in the photo attached

It looks like a Dutch Hyacinth. At the growers, they remove the flower buds each spring for 2 years, so the bulb has the extra energy to produce those fat columns people expect from them. The second flowering in their new home are the graceful spikes that are natural to them.

Yes I agree this is a Hyacinth, Hyacinthus orientalis.
I like the slightly less tight spike of flowers.
