This is my one year old bougainvillea which I took into the veranda for the winter. The new growth is starting to shoot through -- so glad! Should I cut off the dried twigs from last year or will they fall off by themselves? Thank you in advance for any guidance.

« My sweet peas are getting long and twirly. Is it too soon to plant them out?
In the wild they'd get snapped off by birds using them for nesting material. here you'll have to do it.
