It could be oleander, but since the seeds might come from Hawaii, I don't remember seeing a lot of oleander there.

I would like to thank all of you in identifying the Oleander plant for me. Since you told me what it is I have found out about it and it is Toxic and best to wear gloves, so that's a bonus to you all. Thank you and it is a nice looking plant.
