As big a rootball as possible to minimise disturbance. Water well before and after. Keep out of the ground for as little time as possible. If moving any distance wrap the root ball up in damp sacking.

Yes I agree and sooner rather than later. Might need pruning to help reduce water loss, but might lose this year's flowers
