I know that plant (Dama do Noite in Portugal), and it is a thug for me. Seedlings pop up every where and I just run them over with the strimmer. Forget the photos of the flowers, it is an unimpressive looking shrub that is good only for smelling at night. A little negative about the plant, but the neighbor across the street planted one, and now every one has extra work. Look for it under the name Cestrum nocturnum.

Burncoose Nursery sell it in he UK Treetop. It may not be so thugish as it is frost tender I think. So its worth checking out.
