Hi fellow gardeners , This is probably an easy question for most of you but I am slightly puzzled , My runner bean leaves are being eaten by some pest but not from the outside where I would suspect slugs but holes on the centres of the leaves and the are devastating them, Many thanks,

that was about rhododenrons though the plant looked like Aucuba.
It could be a flea beetle causing the damage. can you see any shiny beetles on any of the leaves?
