Spathiphyllum wallisii is the species name as to if there are actual named varieties too I don't know.

The white cowl is just a modified leaf and the green parts have the genes in them to make chlorophyll, the green pigment. The white parts lack the genes to make chlorophyll. Later flowers may well all be white.

I wish that I could get an Idea of how large the leaves are. Many of the larger-leaved varieties only produce smaller, greenish spathes. Also, the older the spathe, the greener it gets.
