It is an outdoor plant Bathgate. I have it for a few years now and lost the label.
The leaves and flowers are very small.

It looks like an Abelia, to me.

An Abelia sounds like something I would buy. Anything labeled deer resistant. Although, my deer is not very selective. They just stripped my lovely Variegated Agave Americana:-( Thanks Tugbrethil.

Whatever it is, it apparently likes your garden. It looks very much like a mandavilla but they are tropical. Is this a houseplant?
