Yes, it's a perfect time to do it, you can take the opportunity to split them if you wish and get more plants while you are moving them

Perfect because soil is warm and watering should not be a problem with autumn rains, however should it not rain then remember to water them

The plants will be making fresh roots under ground over winter even though the tops may look dead, should burst back to life in Spring and be even better for the moves & fresh soil
