I have two trailing fuschia, swingtime. How do I care for them over the winter ? I don't think they are hardy are they ?

They are not reliably hardy so it's best to move them into a greenhouse/porch/conservatory etc. Or you can cut them down by half and store them in a garage, covered to keep them frost free and repot them in Spring and start them back into growth. How about taking a few cuttings now that can overwinter on the windowsill. These often make better plants next year.
