I have been repotting plants and in some I have found what looks like the ends of a cigar made from leaves rolled up very cleverly, some green but most of them brown and dried out, nothing inside. What are they, please?
Hi, everyone. I looked up this online and found out that the cigar end things are made by Lone Wasps.

Hi Joyoustub... Do you think maybe they are new leaves that have not opened up yet? maybe the brown ones have decided to go to leaf heaven. Or maybe there is some kind of tiny catipilar or bug that does that to make a home to raise thier young?Somthing sure is rolling them up. Maybe they want a cigar and decided to roll thier own!!!!Hope it won't hurt the plants until you find out what it is and what to do....Take care God Bless ...Lata
