You are doing nothing wrong,Ian,most of us are unable to load Photo's,unless they are resized smaller , and a lot just disappear ! Very frustrating,and we are waiting for the system to be either repaired or upgraded .It's been like this for weeks now !

I'm glad you had a reply,as I wasn't sure what it was, but at least you managed to post a photo..It does look like a Kalanchoe,and a lovely one too. :o)
