We planted late potatoes in bags provided in July and now that the growth is dying down thought we'd check their progress.There are very few potatoes and they are less than pea sized. Will they come on over the next couple of months?

I have to say I think it is highly unlikely Roseberry. Potatoes are normally planted in March/April for harvesting July - September depending on whether they are early or main crop.
