Rhododendra wilting

I am in Cleveland, Ohio area. Have rhododendra that just wilt constantly, with wilted leaves then yellowing, browning, and dropping. I have seen healthy looking rhodies and they look so much heartier than mine. All three of my plants are somewhat (but not entirely) shaded. Any suggestions anyone?

my first thoughts are that your soil might not be acid enough rhododendrums like acid soils and you can buy special fertilizers for acid loving plants. soil should not dry out so a good mulching may help
