i have a huge grape vine at my old address and would like to take a cutting to grow in my own garden and have not got a clue has to how to go about it

Said to be easy. This years hardwood cutting. About foot long, Bud at top and bottom. Dip in rooting powder and round rim of a pot, John Innes compost if possible. Bottom heat in doors if possible. Or outside in a trench with sand at bottom with top bud just above surface and wait for rooting. Best of luck Dillberts.
