The berries on my well established, healthy, indoor growing vine are not turning black despite being ripe in taste. The berries are remaining pale to olive green with only a vary small number darkening to black Also they are 20% smaller than normal and beginning to wizen as I have not picked any while waiting on them to colour.. Could this be due to the vine having been asked to produce too much weight of crop or could it be feed related ? The crop is 30% heavier than usual and not much attention was paid to the feeding. . I hope someone has an answer. Thanks Tom G

i think your suggestion is correct. too much fruit and not enough feed/water.
i trim about 1/3 of the grapes off in june so that i get better sized fruit.
