yes they are still edible. Some will continue to ripen in a drawer or paper bag. Though fried green tomatoes is actually rather tasty. Hubby also makes a green tomato pie and it is quite sweet.

soup them unless you just eat them in salads etc. we use them almost like grapes.

Good to see you again Hank - I was wondering where you were!My tomatoes have been rubbish this year. You need a magnifying glass to find them. Flavour's good though.

Yep, still here S, they give me a blood transfusion every 3 months or so to keep me going.
