Looks like flea beetle but your fig will soon be dropping its leaves so I wouldn't worry.

The leaf damage is also similar to that caused by thrips. Like Jimmy has said this fig tree will soon drop its leaves and go dormant. This gives you time to read up on how to control these pests next year without using pesticides.
