Depends what rootstock its grafted onto, on the label there should be somethinig saying M9, M27 MM106, etc. That determines the eventual height

As a rule of thumb, Pat, to grow a tree in pavement, leave a hole at least 1/3 as wide as you expect the tree to grow. Part of that hole can be filled in with pavers without a foundations, and preferably with sand-filled gaps between the bricks.
