Hi, I secured some seeds from America as I did not know where to buy plants/seeds in Australia ? My seeds did not germinate... I'm in the southern hemisphere..... when should I have planted them ? could someone please let me know when I should Perrenial Phlox seeds....also.are there any sellers in Australia? Regards, Rose

I would sow the seed directly in the garden in fall. If you have very mild winters (warmer than -2 deg. C) you might want to store the seed in the fridge for a month or two in moist sand before sowing.
