I have sown some Shastas Daisies seeds in pots they are about 4" high now my boarders are full can they stop in there pots till next year if I repot them into bigger say 4" pots.?

Yes, they are very tough and will be fine. I think I'd go for larger pots, say 6" to allow room for them to grow this year, then the whole pot can be planted out come Autumn and you have space
