can i use a japanese knott weed plants roots and draft on some black raspberry vines? i'm sort of new to how this works but im curious, could some one direct me to a youtube video perhaps?

No you mustn't even try.It wouldn't work anyway. If you have some Japanese knotweed it is important that you get rid of it as soon as you can.
Raspberries are very easy to propagate as they do it on their own. They send out shoots from the roots that will make new plants in a year or two and all you need to do is to separate them in the autumn in a couple of years and plant them out. Within a few years you may find that you will be more interested in keeping them under control than grafting new canes!
If you like raspberries you might like to know that you can buy both summer fruiting and autumn fruiting ones so you can extend the fruiting season if you want to..
