In January this year i received two Jasmine plants ,they came from Holland Both had Buds which never opened .I have not any success . Both plants look very healthy. Hope one of you lovely gardeners can help .Pollyanna

Have you been feeding them? Sometimes plants need to be put under some stress to make them flower otherwise they will be quite happy just putting on greenery. If this the case, try just watering them and nothing else.
