Fuchsias growing wild do form bushes, and quite large ones at that, so I'm not sure quite what you're asking - do you mean standard? That would be pretty difficult...

I think that fuschias generally will not bush unless they are bush fuschias. I personally like the ones that hang down, although I am not too sure how wild yours is.
