Can someone identify this low growing evergreen bushy shrub please. I’ve always thought it was a form of Daphne but can’t find one that looks and grows like this.

Daphne × transatlantica Eternal Fragrance would be my guess. Bought a small one but didn't manage to keep for long.

Hb, I wonder if it might be Daphne x rollsdorfii 'Wilhelm Schacht' by the images of it.
