Asking for a friend, any idea on Tulip i.d? We know they're parrot tulips but that’s about it…..
Think they might be ‘Cabana’ tulips…..

They could be Silver parrot. Been to a garden where there are these in flower and look very similar.
what do they look like in bud? that might also help you make an id.
