At the end of my tether cleaning cat muck out of my flower border in my front garden. Has anyone got any tried and tested tips, methods or can reccomend devices that actually work?

Thanks Cottagekaren, but does it work?

I once bought some granular cat deterrent from a garden centre which worked & it smelt nice( of oranges). Cats don’t like strong citrus scent, usually! It was my cat that was the problem, so I was thankful to get the right result. Sorry that I don’t remember the brand. Have you tried any?

Hi Feverfew thanks for responding.
Tried lots of things but I don't know, without the Brand name, if that includes your suggestion. Did have one of those solar cat scarer things that seemed to have some effect. But it went in the blink and packed up and is no longer available so back to square1.

It does work. But you need a decent water pressure for your hose. We are having to buy a shorter home to achieve this, as the cat has gone to the other side of our 11m plot. The jet isn’t strong enough with the hose on a reel. So we are trying a short hoze. I’ll keep you updated!

Same here. We have bought a water jet on a sensor. The Silent Roar didn’t work.
