Does anyone know what’s wrong with my buddleia?

Have a look on the underside of the leaf. That looks like insect damage.

yes greenfly/aphid damage. Also check for ants that are 'farming' the aphids. My daughter's has the same look complete with ants!

It wont affect the plant in the long term.

Here it looks like black fly .I've sprayed with roseclear.
