You haven't given us enough information to go on, Ivan. How old is it, how big, what position is it in, is it in a pot or planted out - all these are relevant.

I bet that it has flowered and you just haven't noticed! My tree flowers but they are so small and easily go unnoticed! I have to point them out to people and even then they often can't see them! They are small, single and pure white and come into bloom just as the leaves are expanding. This is a tree grown for it's amazing bark not for it's flowers. Sorry.
