Depends what you mean by Jersey Lily - this is usually applied to Amaryllis, and this is a large bulb for indoors. Nerine bowdenii are sometimes called Guernsey Lilies - these are in flower now and are outdoor bulbs, so you wouldn't divide the clumps now, but in the Spring.
