I have been growing Nerines in my garden for afew years.so you can emagine the size of the clump Ive got. Some years I get a good show and then like this year very poor. Should I devide the clumps? If not what is the best way to get a good show from them.

I like them too, they're great for late colour.
You 'can' divide them but make sure you replant the divided bits as clumps again - don't plant them singly - they do well as congested clumps.
They prefer thin poor soil in sunbaked sites and thrive there.
