Answers
Mine does - I get some die-back on the tips of the plant, but it regrows happily.
I suspect it will depend on your area, your particular garden, and also if the plant is in a sheltered position and facing south or west.

Doesn't look like it, this one appears to be half hardy only. Will need to be placed in a greenhouse or similar over winter.
