Junkers in Devon is one supplier, Barthelemy & Co near me in Dorset is another Google both to get their websites up, expect to pay up to £30 for a reasonable plant. grows about 1.5 metres in 10 years, will take full sun quite well with reasonable moisture levels, but probably best with a little shelter and shade, although this will have an effect on the colouration, possibly not as intense as when grown in full sun, but a beautiful plant none the less
