I live in a cool/ cold/ wet/ winter climate in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. What do I do with euphorbia purpurea (potted) during winter months. Can it grow healthy indoors?

Euphorbia amygdaloides 'Purpurea'? That won't be happy indoors. I would leave it outdoors in a sheltered spot--to keep the roots from freezing in the pot--and just let it go dormant.
