i have 5 red hot pokers in my garden, i planted them about two and a half years ago.The problem is they have not flowered yet, any ideas please. Stewart

Also, if they were quite small plants they may take a couple of years to build up to flowering size.

I would think that they are not yet flowering size we had some that I grew from seed and it took about 3/5 years to flower

mine did to infact it split into more plants before it flowerd.

If your soil is very fertile and rich, that might explain it - they flower better in reasonable to poor soil, well drained, and full sun.
