Sorry Bamboo, I should have been more specific. It's one of them things that you load seed into, and press a plunger thing, and this dispenses the seeds into the cells. Its a hand held thing.

Can I ask you to change my name to Bamboo please, Littlelegs? And I've never seen one of those gadgets, okay for big seeds I guess, but tiny ones?

if your eye sight is failing a bit they can be a little helpful, according to my brother but he hardly uses it now as it is 'too much faffing about'

Hmm, that's my feeling about gadgets generally - like those onion choppers, they take so long to wash up compared to a knife, lol

I have used two different types and found it easier to do it by hand. This is if you mean the type ones holds in hand. If the seed is small you could mix sand with it. I tend to tap the end of the seed package, and have learned to hard to tap.
