Wichurianas have very vigorous vining growth, too, so you may want to allow for a trellis or room for draping.

Yes, it's vigorous so you may find it gets aphids etc as it may get stressed from lack of water. Remember to feed it in spring.

Can't tell you in litres, but you'd need a pot 50 cm deep by 40 cm wide, I reckon, for best results. Use loam based compost. Not sure how well it would do long term in a container though.
