Years ago we had a sisters New Years Eve party, all girls together. It had snowed really heavy. We had a baby sham addict who put up the sash window to get a bottle off the snowy window ledge, and knocked them off into the snow. She launched herself through the window into a snowdrift!!!Found the freezing bottles. Plodded round the the nurses home to the back door with chilly bottles under her candlewick dressing gown, wearing bed slippers. As she came in matron was hovering......'Just wishing mum a happy new year' she trilled...only phone just outside the back door. Those were the days!!!!

We chilled a bottle of Cava in the snow on Saturday! Perfect!

hi volunteer,yes its perfect, but i left them in there to long so was a bit to chilled lol :)))

What do you use in the summer for a fridge here we use the canal, put them all in tied to string and pull out when needed.
