I think Tugbrethils discovery is your best bet. No one in the UK seems to have it yet. You may have problems from the States though and it will be *very* expensive. You could try

which is a Dutch speciality firm. They do cover details on this page but have no indication of having one for sale. A wonderful looking palm but I think I'll stick to my bog-standards (fortunii and waggies) after the last couple of winters. It is borderline hardy here. I'm in Zone 8 and it is optimistically classed as Zone 7b. And that is when fully grown. You don't give a precise location but you could lose it (and so a lot of money) unless you are in the Scillies.
