i have a conference pear tree on dwarf stock think this will be it's 3rd year when can i move it?

Now would be ok. Presuming the tree's about 6 -7ft tall, and the stem approx an inch, or a little more in diameter - prepare a planting hole about two feet across, and a foot deep, and break up the bottom of the hole so that drainage is assured. Do this beforehand. When you plant, incorporate some well rotted compost/manure, and don't forget to water in. This aids proper back filling, ensuring no air pockets remain, and even if it rains, the extra water won't harm. Worthy
