I moved my olive tree in early march. Didn't do it any harm and thrived well last year. worried what this winter has done to it. It lost a lot of leaves so I wait in anticipation.

I'd wait until late March at earliest if you can. As it comes into growth in the spring it'll (hopefully) hardly notice the move. Worthy

i agree with worthy it will also start growing strate away and wont sit there rotting or anything .
