I bought these 2 trailing fuschias a few days ago, and did not attempt to plant them out in to my baskets, as the temperatures I am sure would kill them off.

I was wondering:
1) Do they need repotting in to a bigger pot, while I wait for warmer temperatures?
2) When should I plant them outside?

many thanks in advance.

Yes, the picture is taken on top of the radiator, but only because the white blind made it a better background. They were put on right before the picture was taken, and removed straight afterwards.

Sorry for the fuzzy 2nd picture

I wouldnt do anything with them yet. perhaps in march plant them into the basket you want to use but dont put them out yet. I put mine out in may. If they cant go in the planter/basket as its in use then pot up into a slightly larger pot.

As Seaburn says, pot them up as they need it - you can't place outside till mid May at the earliest, and should really be end of May. Can't read the variety name on the label, lol...

"Dark Eyes". I meant to put the name in the blog, and the plant label was just to show the colour of the flowers rather than to read, as I couldn't get a clear picture of it.

How do I say thanks?
