Patience is a virtue lacked by most gardeners. Give them time, Casso, you have had some bad weather down in Kent. Are they visible in other peoples gardens etc. or is it just your own?

Thankyou Bulbaholic. We ususally have lots on the village green but I can't see them popping up there either now you mention it.

my crocuses are only just showing as are my daffs [1" above the soil] snowdrops just showing the tip of their white flower.

Here in mild Cornwall I have one crocus about to open, most with shoots showing. The daffs are less than an inch high and the snowdrop flowers are only just open. The earliest bulbs to flower this year were Iris reticulata which were out before the snowdrops.
